Tee Higgins — Concussion Protocol: Cleared twice during the game, but reported symptoms postgame and was immediately placed in the protocol.

Trey Hendrickson — Core Muscle Surgery: Expected to miss the remainder of the season after a specialist confirmed surgery is required.

Cleveland Browns

Indianapolis Colts

Daniel Jones — Torn Achilles (Season-Ending): Suffered a non-contact Achilles tear after weeks of playing through a broken fibula; surgery scheduled this week.

Zach Ertz — Torn ACL (Season-Ending): MRI confirmed a season-ending ACL tear in his right knee, putting the 35-year-old’s career in jeopardy.

Jayden Daniels — Left Elbow Injury: Re-aggravated the injured elbow but evaluations show no long-term concern; Week 15 status uncertain.
